Company Profile
Our client has approached Randstad to help them develop their significant footprint further in Australia. They are very much a solid identity in NSW, with their head office in Sydney but they have just been awarded major projects now in other states, TAFE's / University's,and school infrastructure, as well as federal government defense projects.
They are renowned for their consistent delivery, positive approach, and high staff retention level. People want to work for them, being reputable, established and financially buoyant with a full order book into 2028. The key to their success is their motivated staff, and therefore they are very selective with whom they employ and invest in.
